Olly Davies – Co Founder & Managing Director
Olly has worked in finance recruitment for 17 years. After graduating from the University of Sussex with a degree in Psychology, he travelled the USA and Australia before eventually joining a FTSE 250 recruitment business. Here he spent the bulk of his career progressing quickly from top performing consultant, to manager and then Director.
His key strengths are developing client relationships, identifying talent, and leading successful, happy teams.
Outside of work, Olly’s greatest passion is food. Whether that’s cooking it, eating it, or reading about it! He also enjoys keeping fit, interior design, 80s music and playing football with his 6 year old son. His favourite TV show is Suits and his top band is the legendary Fleetwood Mac.

Russell Edmonds – Co Founder & Managing Director
Russell has worked in the industry for an impressive 20 years. What he doesn’t know about recruitment arguably isn’t worth knowing! After studying Business and French at the University of Brighton, Russell had a brief spell in the wine trade before joining a FTSE 250 agency where he learnt his craft. The majority of his career however was spent at a small, privately owned firm as a hugely successful consultant and manager.
Russell is expert at matching individual to brief, an exceptional relationship builder, and has a superb track record leading and developing staff.
In his spare time, Russell enjoys 5-a-side football, is an avid pub quizzer, plays the drums, and spends quality time with his 4 children. He’s a Spurs supporter and his favourite band is the Pixies.
